Remote System Administration

This offering provides remote system administration of your entire network system. By utilizing our Technical Services, MX Consulting Services Inc. remote access communications, and on-site assistance (as necessary), MX will provide system administration support for your system via our Remote Network Operations Center (NOC).

MX Consulting Services Inc. has three levels of service from which you may choose, from basic services with the entry level package to the more advanced level of services, each designed to meet the requirements of our customers’ needs. In addition, each package includes 2 hours of technical services telephone support through our initial installation contract period.
